I have worked with children for an accumulated 6 years, five of which were in a Montessori setting. Being part of meaningful work for the community is why I look forward to being a part of Encompass. Outside of work, I enjoy the great outdoors any way I can.

Irma’s background includes experience catering and cooking for her family. She loves working at Encompass because the people are so friendly and she gets to help the kids. In her free time, she likes to watch movies and go on walks with her dog.

Jessica graduated from Mt. Si High School in 2006 and the transitional learning center in 2009. She loves working with the kids. Jessica participates in Special Olympics, bowling, drama, chorus, and dance, and she loves scrapbooking.

Shannon was born and raised here in the Snoqualmie Valley and has worked with children since she was 11 years old. She enjoys helping children find self-confidence and independence. Shannon has a 10-year-old daughter who attends North Bend Elementary, and she enjoys scrapbooking, geocaching, and sports.
