Shannon was born and raised here in the Snoqualmie Valley and has worked with children since she was 11 years old. She enjoys helping children find self-confidence and independence. Shannon has a 10-year-old daughter who attends North Bend Elementary, and she enjoys scrapbooking, geocaching, and sports.
Rochelle has 25 years of nonprofit experience and a Masterโs degree in Public Administration. She had dedicated her professional career to supporting children and families. She loves that Encompass provides critical services to ensure that all children thrive. Outside of work, Rochelle spends her time with her husband and two kids.
