Rochelle has 25 years of nonprofit experience and a Master’s degree in Public Administration. She had dedicated her professional career to supporting children and families. She loves that Encompass provides critical services to ensure that all children thrive. Outside of work, Rochelle spends her time with her husband and two kids.
