NeuroProud
A welcoming and affirming group for neurodiverse children to connect, learn, and celebrate who they are. This group creates a supportive space where children can build friendships, explore their strengths, and develop a positive sense of identity.
Children will explore:
- Understanding neurodiversity
- Identity and self-confidence
- Self-advocacy skills
- Peer connection and friendship
- Supporting themselves and others
The goal is to help children feel proud of who they are while building meaningful connections with peers.
Ages: 8 – 11 years
Group size: 4 – 8 children
Dates: July 13 – 17
Schedule: Monday – Thursday | 9:00–10:30 am
Location: CDC Downstairs Conference Room
