Lisa brings over two decades of experience in childcare and administration to her role as CBS (Community Based Services) Family Engagement Coordinator. Since 2003, she has built expertise in family engagement, caregiver communication, therapy service coordination and process navigation across both childcare and clinical environments. Lisa plays a key role in supporting families through intake and ongoing services, ensuring they feel informed, prepared, and confident throughout their journey. She is especially passionate about empowering caregivers through accessible tools and clear, consistent communication. As a bilingual team member (English/Spanish), she also helps bridge connections with Spanish-speaking families. Known for her warm, supportive approach, Lisa is committed to making every family’s experience as smooth and positive as possible.
