Making Sense of Your Worth For Kids
A free workshop for youth ages 9-11 years with a step-by-step process for gaining positive self-worth.

Story Group
Story Group is a narrative therapy and social group for children ages 5-7 using creative storytelling activities such as sand tray, art, short films, and more.

Sensory Adventures Therapeutic Immersion Camp
Our two-week therapeutic immersion camp is designed for children ages 6-8 and features a team of skilled professionals, including an Early Learning Teacher, Speech-Language Pathologist, Occupational Therapist, and Mental Health Therapist.

Finding Calm
A virtual six-part series for parents of children between the ages of 6 months and 8 years teaches mindfulness-based skills to reduce stress, enhance strong bonds, explore self-compassion, and encourage balance in family interactions.

Neurodiversity-Affirming Support Group for Parents/Caregivers
Our virtual gathering provides a warm and understanding space for parents/caregivers who are raising children with diverse neurological profiles, such as Autism, ADHD, Sensory Processing Disorders, and more.
