Tiana graduated from Washington State University with a Master’s of Science in Speech and Hearing Sciences. She loves being a part of an organization that supports families in all aspects of life and helps them to feel empowered. Working with children has always been a passion of hers, and Encompass has provided her with the ideal setting to start her career doing what she loves. She loves spending time with her family and friends, road trips, and exploring the beauty of the Pacific Northwest.
