Rebekah Lunden is a highly skilled, trauma informed, child and family therapist based in Snoqualmie, with a passion for helping families navigate the complexities of life. She is a certified yoga instructor and holds certification in Safe & Sound Protocol and Parent Child Interaction Therapy. She is currently pursuing certification with the Heart Math institute and has training in polyvagal theory, family systems theory, and neurodiversity. Rebekah’s approach to therapy is grounded in her extensive training in these modalities, and she is committed to providing her clients with the tools and strategies they need to thrive. In her free time, Rebekah enjoys practicing yoga, creative expression through art and movement, spending time in nature, and time with her family and friends. As a mom to elementary age kids, she understands the challenges that come with raising children, and she brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her work with families. Rebekah is dedicated to using sensory and body-based strategies to help her clients connect with themselves and others as they move through challenges. She understands that every individual is unique, and she is committed to meeting each client where they are and working with them to achieve their goals.
