Melissa moved to Washington from Guadalajara, Mexico in 2009. She began working at Encompass in 2015 thanks to her daughter, who was part of one of our programs and made her love what we do. Melissa loves interacting with children and families, helping them to grow. In her free time, she loves to spend time with her family, watch movies, read, and swim.
