For the past 15 years, I have been sharing my passion and commitment to helping non-profit organizations achieve their mission and goals through my work with donors, staff, and volunteers in their development efforts. I look forward to working with the dedicated Encompass community to create a community where all children thrive. Outside of work, I love spending time with my family and friends, being outside and active in the beautiful northwest.
