Therapeutic Movement Group: “Caregiver and Me” for ages 3-5 Years

Our Therapeutic Movement Groups are led by a certified Yoga Instructor and Child and Family Therapists and focus on helping adults and kids increase emotional regulation, notice the connection between mind/body, and express feelings through movement. We believe that children are regulated through a safe adult and this group will help foster connection through emotional safety.

Our sessions for 3-5-year-olds are ‘Caregiver and Me’ and ask that a grown-up participates with the child. We will provide a variety of movement options to allow for self-directed modification of movement.

Classes begin Monday, September 13 from 10:30 – 11:20 am and will run weekly for ten weeks at the Encompass Child Development Center. Classes are free, but registration is required: tinyurl.com/t9h79v4x
