A group for kids in K-3rd grade experiencing anxiety, difficulty with emotional regulation, low self-esteem, or social challenges.
Join us for a fun, safe, and supportive space where children can explore their emotions, build confidence, and develop coping skills through creative arts! Each week, we will dive into different themes and activities designed to help children identify, express, and regulate their emotions while building self-esteem, social connections, and essential life skills.
A creative way for kids to learn, grow, and shine!
