Shine on Stage: Express, Reflect, and Grow

July 16, 2025, 4:30 pm - 5:30 pm

Event Details

A group for kids in kindergarten through 3rd grade experiencing anxiety, difficulty with emotional regulation, low self-esteem, or social challenges.

Join us for a fun, safe, and supportive space where children can explore their emotions, build confidence, and develop coping skills through creative arts! Each week, we will dive into different themes and activities designed to help children identify, express, and regulate their emotions while building self-esteem, social connections, and essential life skills. A creative way for kids to learn, grow, and shine!

Program Goals

1. Emotional Expression and Regulation: Help children identify, express, and regulate emotions through creative arts.

2. Coping Skill Development: Teach and reinforce healthy coping strategies in emotionally safe and engaging ways.

3. Self-Confidence and Empowerment: Build self-esteem and confidence through performance and peer support.

4. Social Connection: Promote teamwork, empathy, and communication through group-based performance activities.

5. Self-Reflection: Encourage age-appropriate introspection through journaling, role-play, and guided discussions.
