A four-week group experience for caregivers on how to navigate challenging emotional and behavioral interactions with those they care for.
This class offers caregivers a new experience in how to navigate challenging emotional and behavioral interactions with those they care for. In this four-class series, we will begin and end each class with movement, including yoga. There will be a presentation with a different topic each week and time for group discussion about the topic. The information provided in this series will focus on enhancing the internal awareness of each attendee to help strengthen their ability to connect with and help navigate challenges with those they care for. We will explore topics that are foundational in addressing behavioral and emotional regulation.
This class will be weekly on Wednesdays from 9:30 am to 10:45 am, beginning February 8th. This is a four-class series with no class on February 22nd due to mid-winter break. Classes are on: 2/8, 2/15, 3/1, and 3/8.
Cost $50 for the series. Scholarships are available.
