Event Details

A free workshop with a step-by-step process for gaining positive self-worth.

Self-worth is the foundation of who we are as human beings and, in today’s world, is highly sought after. It plays a role in every decision we make and in every relationship we have. This nine-week program is designed for adults who desire the freedom that comes with living with positive self-worth and secure attachment.

“This class is truly changing my heart, soul, and mind. Personally, I feel a weight slowly being lifted off of me. I am already noticing the shift in my perspective and internal narrative.” – Making Sense of Your Worth participant
