Listening Mothers Spring 2023

Event Details

Encompass is excited to offer Listening Mothers! This six-week series for mothers of babies between 0 and 6 months will teach new moms the four pillars of the curriculum: mindful self-compassion, self-regulation and attachment, child emotional development and relationships, and gratitude. The science-based curriculum will help you turn the present moment into a positive moment!

Weekly Schedule:

Week 1: Transition to motherhood

Week 2: Deepening in person inquiry and skills

Week 3: Deepening presencing skills

Week 4: What nourishes the roots of you?

Week 5: Deepen the understanding of the transition to motherhood and how this impacts your world and important relationships

Week 6: Closure and bridge to future growth and development

This class will be presented by Kim Kanzler MA, CCC-SLP, IMH, Encompass Speech-Language Pathologist
