In partnership with The Village Project, Encompass offers a 4-week class for parents and their babies from birth to 9 months.
Join us for an Infant Massage Class facilitated by Emily Arkus, Certified Instructor of Infant Massage and Educator with Encompass. Infant Massage has many benefits for a baby, including supporting their development, bonding and attachment, and improving sleep quality. During the class, parents will learn massage strokes and touch relaxation, bonding techniques and ways to recognize their baby’s cues, how to ask permission and how doing so builds respect, and how to identify the best time for massage and ways to work it into their daily life.
