Event Details

A virtual workshop series for parents/caregivers of kids birth to 8 seeking to discover joy within their parenting journey.

Welcome to our transformative 8-week online workshop series designed exclusively for parents/caregivers seeking to discover joy within their parenting journey. Led by a seasoned and compassionate licensed therapist, this series offers a safe and supportive space for parents navigating the challenges of raising children.

Throughout the program, participants will engage in a series of interactive sessions that blend therapeutic insights with practical tools. Each week focuses on a specific theme, ranging from managing parental stress and fostering positive communication to building resilient family dynamics.

Our licensed therapist will guide you through evidence-based strategies, encouraging self-reflection and providing personalized support. By addressing common parenting struggles, participants will gain valuable insights into their own emotional well-being and learn practical techniques to enhance the overall family experience.

The workshop series aims not only to alleviate feelings of overwhelm but also to empower parents to cultivate joy in their daily interactions with their children.

Join us on this transformative journey as we navigate the complexities of parenthood together, fostering a community of support, understanding, and joy.

When:  We will meet weekly on Thursdays from 12:00 – 1:00 pm beginning January 11 through March 7, 2024. There will be no meeting on February 22.
