A free online workshop series for parents and caregivers supporting children with emotional or sensory needs.

Your child is not “too much.” You’re not doing it wrong.

You’re doing something brave: showing up with love, even when it’s hard.

This 4-part online series will guide you through balanced, brain-based parenting strategies to help your child feel safe, connected, and supported, all while strengthening your relationship.

Whether you’re waiting for therapy services or just need some calm in the chaos, this workshop is your roadmap to connection, regulation, and resilience.

What You’ll Learn:

  • How to reduce meltdowns and sensory overload
  • The science behind big emotions (and how to respond calmly)
  • Simple co-regulation tools for everyday parenting
  • How to build trust and routine without punishment
  • Ways to support sleep, emotional safety, and resilience
