A four-week class for caregivers and their babies birth-12 months

Come join us for a free Infant Massage Class facilitated by Danielle Carragher, PT, Certified Instructor of Infant Massage. Infant massage has many benefits for a baby including supporting their development, bonding and attachment, and improving sleep quality. During the class, caregivers will learn massage strokes and touch relaxation, bonding techniques and ways to recognize their baby’s cues, how to ask permission and how doing so builds respect, and how to identify the best time for massage and ways to work it into their daily lives.

When: This group will meet weekly on Tuesdays from 11:00 am – 12:00 pm, May 21 – June 11, 2024.

Where: Encompass Child Development Center, 9050 384th Ave. SE, Snoqualmie WA 98065.
