Cindi brings over two decades of experience in family engagement and child-focused services to her role as Family Engagement Manager. Inspired by her work with children, families, and mission-driven teams, she is dedicated to fostering strong collaboration and meaningful connections across systems of care. Cindi is deeply committed to partnering with families and the broader community by listening closely, identifying needs and working to close gaps in services. She excels at building trust, creating welcoming spaces, and connecting families to the resources that support their success. Her work is grounded in curiosity and a belief in the potential of every child.  Outside of her professional role, Cindi enjoys cold plunging in the Snoqualmie River!
