Workshop: Let’s Talk about Temperament

September 25, 2018, 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm

Event Details

Some children are “easy” — predictable, calm, and enjoy new experiences. Other children are easily distracted or “moody.” How children interact with the world around them is influenced by their temperament. So, what exactly is temperament? Join us to talk about the characteristics of temperament and how temperament affects development and family relationships. Understanding your child’s temperament, as well as your own, can help you choose parenting strategies that nurture your child’s development and strengthen family relationships.

FREE. Please register in advance using the link below. Childcare is available, provided by the YMCA ($7; free with a family membership). No preregistration required for childcare!
