Therapeutic Movement Groups

Event Details

Our Therapeutic Movement Groups are led by a certified Yoga Instructor and Child and Family Therapists focused on helping kids increase emotional regulation, notice the connection between mind/body, and express feelings through movement.

Classes begin Monday, July 19, and will run weekly through August 23 at the Encompass Child Development Center. Two sessions are offered by age group:

4-5 year-olds: 10:00 am – 10:30 am
6-8 year-olds: 1:00 pm – 1:30 pm.

*All groups are limited to 8 kids per session.
