Come join us for an Infant Massage Class facilitated by Emily Arkus, Certified Educator of Infant Massage and ESIT Educator with Encompass NW. Infant Massage has many benefits for a baby including supporting their development, bonding and attachment, and improving sleep quality. During the class, caregivers will learn massage strokes and touch relaxation, bonding techniques and ways to recognize their baby’s cues, how to ask permission and how doing so builds respect, and how to identify the best time for massage and ways to work it into their daily life.
When: This group will meet weekly on Thursdays from 10:00-11:00 am, June 8 to June 29, 2023
Where: Encompass Child Development Center, 9050 384th Ave. SE, Snoqualmie WA 98065. There will also be a Zoom option for this class. Please indicate if you plan to attend in person or via Zoom when registering.
The class will be limited to 6 baby/caregiver dyads with the opportunity to be added to a waitlist for the next group.
