Infant Massage Class Fall 2023

A four-week class for caregivers and their babies from birth to 12 months

Infant Massage has many benefits for a baby including supporting their development, bonding and attachment, and improving sleep quality. During the class, caregivers will learn massage strokes and touch relaxation, bonding techniques and ways to recognize their baby’s cues, how to ask permission and how doing so builds respect, and how to identify the best time for massage and ways to work it into their daily lives.

When: This group will meet weekly on Thursdays from 10:00-11:00 am, September 14 – October 5, 2023.

Where: Encompass Child Development Center, 9050 384th Ave. SE, Snoqualmie WA 98065.
