Event Details

A five-week class for caregivers and their babies from birth to 12 months

Come join us for an Infant Massage Class facilitated by Emily Arkus, Certified Educator of Infant Massage and ESIT Educator with Encompass NW. Infant Massage has many benefits for a baby including supporting their development, bonding and attachment, and improving sleep quality. During the class, caregivers will learn massage strokes and touch relaxation, bonding techniques and ways to recognize their baby’s cues, how to ask permission and how doing so builds respect, and how to identify the best time for massage and ways to work it into their daily life.

The class will be limited to 10 baby/caregiver dyads with the opportunity to be added to a waitlist for the next group.
