Encompass partners with Riverview School District to offer ECEAP program.

Encompass will partner with The Riverview School District, specifically to manage and teach the Early Childhood Assistance Program (ECEAP) at the Carnation Elementary School. The Encompass ECEAP program will begin in September for children ages three and four.

Approaching Encompass to manage the ECEAP program fits the Riverview strategic plans, and meets the vision of Encompass, which is a community where all children thrive. Encompass, located in North Bend, specializes in Early Childhood Development.

• Education: Early Learning Programs that promote the social, emotional, cognitive and physical development of children. Early learning programs at Encompass are accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) and include preschool classes for three and four-year-olds as well as toddler playgroups for children ages 12-36 months. Encompass offers free preschool through the Early Childhood Education and Assistance Program (ECEAP) for low-income families. Parent Education is also an important component of educational services offered at Encompass. The Encompass Early Learning Center is located at 1407 Boalch Ave NW, North Bend, WA. 

• Pediatric Therapy Services and Birth to Three Early Intervention Program: The Birth to Three Program at Encompass supports optimal growth and development of infants and toddlers with developmental delays through comprehensive services that include in-home therapy and assessment, family support and individualized programs for each child. The Encompass Pediatric Therapy clinic provides on-site services for children from age 3-12.The Encompass Pediatric Therapy Clinic is located at 209 Main Ave S, North Bend, WA

The ECEAP programfor Carnation/Duvall areas will be in the building located next to Carnation Elementary School.
